Anvato acquired by GoogleAnvato which has developed a video software platform to boost its offering in the video delivery segment was acquired by Google. Some large media & entertainment companies such as Univision, NBSUniversal and Fox Sports are using the Anvato’s Media content platform.

Encoding, secure distribution, editing and publishing of video content across a verity of platforms is automated by a software offered by the Company from Mountain View California.

Media and entertainment companies can scale their video infrastructure efforts and will be able to deliver high-quality on-demand live video content to users in all formats of devices such as smartphones and tablets with the joint effort of Anvato and Google cloud platform wrote, senior product manager for Google Cloud Platform, Belwadi Srikanth wrote in a blog post. The video processing software tech it already offers broadcasters, programmers live event producers will be delivered on Google Platform Infrastructure said, Anvato.

Amazon Web Services and Microsoft have invested in the video delivery segment. Elemental Technologies, a Portland Oregon-based video technology provider of video over the internet was acquired by AWS. And on the other hand, Microsoft has its Azure media service for broadcast-quality video streaming and on demand service.

Anvato CEO, Alper Turgut said that they are elated to work with Google Cloud Platform for providing the Over-The-Top (OTT) & mobile video which is best in the industry.
